Strawberry Estates (2001) – Found Footage Trailer

In November of 1999, Jonathan P. Laurel, a professor at Syracuse University of New York, lead an expedition into the Smith Garrett Building (an abandoned insane asylum) located in Eaton, New York. Three days later the expedition disappeared without a trace. The research was being documented by an independently hired videographer named Jason Knowles. His recordings ofthe expedition (found footage), contain within, are all that remains. This recording is intended for F.B.I. officials only. Possession by non-authorized personnel is prohibited.
